For providers
Providers can browse AI opportunities, save relevant opportunities, present their organization profile, respond to eligible Trainety opportunities with Signals, and follow external Apply links.

Trainety uses opportunity information, provider profiles, category filters, industry filters, location, organization size, promotion level, and platform activity signals to help surface more relevant opportunities.
Why Trainety exists
AI work is becoming more specialized. An opportunity may require model development, data annotation, evaluation, RAG systems, AI agents, computer vision, speech processing, or industry-specific implementation. At the same time, capable Providers often need a better way to find opportunities that match their strengths.
Trainety exists to make this process more structured. Instead of relying only on broad job boards, cold outreach, or scattered networks, Trainety gives publishers and providers a focused place to discover, evaluate, and begin conversations around AI work.
Jobs, Projects, and opportunity sources
Trainety uses Opportunity as the shared term for a Job or Project. The public Jobs and Projects collections remain separate so people can choose the kind of AI work they want to publish or discover.
Native opportunities
A native Opportunity is published directly through Trainety by a Publisher. Respond opens Trainety's qualified-response flow; a native Job can instead offer Apply when the Publisher supplies an authorized external application URL.
Curated opportunities
A curated Opportunity is surfaced from an external source for discovery. When verified source or application details are available, its Trainety detail page identifies them. Apply opens the original external application destination and does not create a Trainety response or conversation. Inclusion does not imply that the employer or source officially uses Trainety.

Match with context
Opportunity visibility and ordering can consider relevance, profile information, promotion level, activity, and selected filters. This helps users find opportunities that are more likely to match their goals.
Respond or apply
Respond submits a qualified Trainety response with an introduction and Signals. Apply opens an external application destination without creating a Trainety response.
Continue in messages
After a qualified response succeeds, or a Publisher starts direct contact, both sides can continue through Trainety Messages and manage the conversation from their account.
