A Provider browses projects, saves opportunities, manages a profile, and uses Signals to contact Publishers. A Publisher posts projects, manages project visibility and promotion, discovers Providers, and communicates with interested Providers.
Yes. Users can switch roles from the top navigation by selecting Switch to Publisher or Switch to Provider. Some pages, features, and navigation states are role-specific.
If you start from Browse projects, Trainety guides you toward the Provider experience. If you start from Post a project, Trainety guides you toward the Publisher experience. Other entry points usually default to the Provider experience unless your prior usage is Publisher-only.
Providers can browse AI projects, save opportunities, manage profiles, use Signals, and continue conversations in Messages.
Providers can use Browse to search projects by keyword and filter by category, industry, location, budget, organization size, and date posted.
Project ordering may consider relevance, selected filters, provider profile information, project promotion level, publisher activity, and other platform signals. Promotion can affect visibility, but it does not guarantee a successful match or response.
Open a project and select the save icon. Saved projects appear in the Saved page. If a saved project later becomes unavailable, it may appear as closed until removed.
Closed means a project is no longer available to Providers. This may happen if a Publisher removes it, turns off publishing, deletes it, or if Trainety restricts the project.
Select Contact on a project. If you have not contacted the Publisher through that project before, you may need to use Signals to open the first conversation.
Publishers can create projects, manage visibility and promotion, discover Providers, review responding Providers, and continue conversations.
Go to the Publisher Projects page and select New. Add project details, requirements, category, industry, budget, organization size, location, expertise tags, and promotion settings. Trainety may review submitted content before the project becomes available.
Trainety may require a payment method before publishing projects to support platform integrity, payment-related features, and promotion workflows.
When a project is turned off, it is no longer shown to Providers as an available project. Existing related conversations may be limited depending on the project state and platform rules.
Publishers can delete a project from their project management view. Deleted projects may no longer appear in the Publisher project list, but platform records may be retained for safety, support, legal, billing, security, dispute, or operational reasons.
Responding Providers are Providers who have used Signals or otherwise opened a valid contact flow for a specific project.
Signals are used by Providers to open or strengthen contact with Publishers. They are designed to show intent and help organize project-related conversations.
Signals are used by Providers to open or strengthen contact with Publishers. They are designed to show intent and help organize project-related conversations.
New Provider accounts may receive an initial Signals balance according to Trainety's current platform rules.
A Provider must use at least 1 Signal to open initial contact for a project, unless the contact was already opened or another platform rule applies.
Yes. Providers may be able to increase Signals for a project from the Messages area. Higher Signals may affect the ranking of that conversation in the Publisher's project-related message list.
Signals are generally used for platform contact and intent features. Refund or return eligibility may depend on the transaction state, platform rules, payment records, and applicable law. Submit a support request if you believe there was an error.
Payment and billing help covers Signals purchases, payment methods, billing records, Priority Credits, Project Subscription, and payment issues.
Providers can buy Signals from the Signals page. Available packages and prices are shown before purchase.
Publishers can manage project promotion from the Projects page, Promotion Settings, Upgrade to Subscription, or Top up Priority Credits flows.
Priority Credits are used by Publishers to increase project visibility through Priority promotion. When Providers click a Priority project, the project may consume Priority Credits according to platform rules.
Subscription promotion is a recurring promotion option for Publishers. It can provide higher visibility than Standard promotion according to platform rules.
Payment records are available from the Pay page or related payment history pages. Notifications may also link to relevant payment records.
Do not repeat the payment immediately. Check your payment records first. If the balance still looks incorrect, submit a support request with your account information, payment time, amount, and any available payment reference.
Publishers may need to remove or delete active projects before removing all payment methods, depending on current platform rules.
Messages allow Providers and Publishers to continue conversations after a valid contact flow.
Messages allow Providers and Publishers to continue conversations after a valid contact flow. Conversations may be organized by project, started-by-you groups, or shortlist status depending on role.
Messaging may be unavailable if the related account, project, or content is in an abnormal, deleted, unpublished, restricted, or removed state.
Started by others means the other party initiated the contact flow. The conversation may have a different layout or available actions depending on your role.
Yes. Hidden conversations are removed from the current view. If a new valid conversation is started again with the same party, the conversation may reappear.
Trainety may support file sending in messages with file size, file type, and safety restrictions. Send files only when they are relevant to the conversation.
Profile visibility controls how Provider profiles may appear in Trainety discovery areas.
If Profile visibility is on, Publishers may be able to view your Provider profile through Discover or related platform areas. If visibility is off, your profile is hidden from public discovery flows.
Add your organization name, location, organization size, expertise tags, and a clear description of your capabilities. Avoid confidential information, private credentials, or content you do not have permission to share.
Yes. You can update your profile information from the Profile page.
Use report actions and support requests for projects, profiles, conversations, accounts, or content that may violate platform rules.
Open the project menu and select Report project. Choose a reason, add details if needed, and submit the report for review.
Open the conversation menu and select Report. Add the reason and details so Trainety can review the issue.
Trainety may review the reported content, account, project, or conversation and may take action according to platform rules. For privacy and safety reasons, Trainety may not disclose all details of the review outcome.

Account Settings is the signed-in area for organization, email, password, and closure request workflows.
Go to Account Settings. Some changes may require verification or additional confirmation.
You can request account closure from Account Settings. Some records may be retained when required for safety, billing, legal, security, dispute, or operational reasons.
Your account access and visible profile may be removed or disabled according to platform rules. Some historical records, payment records, messages, logs, reports, or project records may be retained where necessary.
Account recovery may not always be available. Submit a support request if you closed your account by mistake or need help.

No. Promotion may affect visibility according to platform rules, but it does not guarantee clicks, contacts, messages, transactions, or successful cooperation.
When Priority Credits reach zero, a Priority project returns to its underlying promotion level, such as Standard or Subscription, according to platform rules.
Publishers can manage renewal settings from Promotion Settings. Changes may apply according to the current billing period and platform rules.
Some accounts may be restricted when Trainety detects activity that may violate platform rules, create safety risks, or require further review.
A restricted account may have limited access to Trainety features. Restricted users may still access public policy and support pages, including About, Help & Support, Privacy Policy, Feedback, Terms of Service, For publishers, For providers, and Log out.
An account may be restricted because of suspected policy violations, payment issues, spam, abusive behavior, suspicious activity, misleading information, repeated reports, security concerns, or other platform integrity reasons.
Restricted users can access allowed support and policy pages, review account-related information, log out, and seek help through the available support or appeal flow.
If a restricted account has an active Subscription promotion, Trainety may stop future renewal at the end of the current billing period according to platform rules.
Yes. You may submit an appeal for review. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that access will be restored.
Include your account information, organization name, a clear explanation of the issue, any relevant project IDs or payment references, and why you want the restriction reviewed.
If you cannot find the answer you need, submit a support request through Trainety. Include enough details for us to understand the issue.
