Select Respond to submit a qualified Trainety response with an introduction and 1–20,000 Signals. Select Apply to open an external application destination; it does not create a Trainety response or conversation.

Use Messages to communicate with Publishers, view opportunity context, increase Signals where available, and manage conversations.
Signals help show intent
Signals are used by Providers to submit or strengthen qualified responses to eligible Trainety opportunities. They are charged once after the complete response succeeds. External Apply actions do not use Signals.
Signals do not guarantee replies, selection, transactions, or successful cooperation.
Submit a qualified response
Respond requires a non-empty introduction and between 1 and 20,000 Signals. A Provider can submit only one qualified response per opportunity.
Strengthen visibility
Higher Signals may affect how an opportunity-related conversation is ranked for the Publisher, according to platform rules.
Track history
Providers can review Signals purchases, usage, increases, and related history from the Signals area.

Your Provider profile helps Publishers understand who you are, what you do, and whether your organization may be a fit for their opportunity.
When visibility is on, Publishers may discover your profile through Trainety. When visibility is off, your profile is hidden from public discovery flows, subject to platform rules and technical operation.

Do Signals guarantee a Publisher response?
No. Signals are designed to show intent and may affect conversation ranking according to platform rules, but they do not guarantee replies, selection, transactions, or successful cooperation.
Can I browse opportunities before responding or applying?
Yes. Providers can browse and review opportunity details before deciding whether to save, Respond through Trainety, or Apply on an external site.
Can Publishers find my profile?
Publishers may discover your profile when profile visibility is on. If visibility is off, your profile is hidden from public discovery flows, subject to platform rules and technical operation.
What happens if a saved opportunity is closed?
A closed opportunity is no longer available. You may still see it in Saved until you remove it or refresh depending on the product flow.
Can I increase Signals after responding?
Yes, while the qualified response remains eligible for interaction. Providers may increase Signals from Messages; rejected and withdrawn responses are read-only.
What happens after I respond?
A qualified response can move through Submitted, Viewed, Publisher replied, Shortlisted, Accepted, Rejected, or Withdrawn. Publishers can accept or reject, Providers can withdraw while the response is open, and those outcome actions do not change the Signals invested.
