This role asks a different question from most AI engineering jobs: not only “does the model work?” but also “is it fair, explainable, governable, and appropriate to deploy?”
BelovTech's AI Ethics Specialist will assess systems for bias and risk, help create responsible-AI policies, support algorithmic audits, and work with legal, compliance, engineering, and product teams as AI moves into regulated or sensitive environments.
Knowledge of fairness measurement, governance frameworks, regulatory expectations, model-risk assessment, and the technical basics of machine learning is important. The job needs enough technical depth to evaluate systems without becoming a conventional model-building position.
Candidates from responsible AI, policy, auditing, compliance, model risk, or technical governance backgrounds may all find relevant overlap.
