A sophisticated AI product has little value if a large enterprise cannot successfully put it into production.
Monq's AI Implementation Manager owns that transition. The position begins when an enterprise customer decides to deploy the company's AI negotiation platform and continues until the technology is embedded into real procurement workflows and producing measurable results.
This is not simply a coordination position. The implementation manager needs to understand how a customer's procurement processes, data, enterprise systems, security requirements, and internal stakeholders fit together, then translate that complexity into an implementation plan that product and engineering teams can execute.
Projects may involve Fortune 500 procurement leaders, IT organizations, and senior stakeholders such as CPOs and CIOs. Clear communication matters because deployment decisions can affect enterprise workflows involving high-value contracts and sensitive commercial information.
The role works closely with Monq's engineering team, Forward Deployed Engineers, integration specialists, product organization, and go-to-market teams. Integration requirements can involve ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, alongside APIs and customer-specific data flows.
Another part of the opportunity is building the implementation playbook itself. Monq is still early enough that the new hire will not simply inherit years of mature processes. Successful approaches, deployment templates, documentation, risk-management practices, training materials, and success metrics can become the foundation for how future customers are onboarded.
Useful backgrounds include enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, project or program management, B2B SaaS customer success, or other roles where complex software must be introduced into large organizations.
Experience with AI agents or LLM applications is valuable, but this is primarily a delivery and enterprise-adoption role rather than a model-development job. Understanding how technical teams work—and being able to translate business requirements into something they can build—is more important than writing production ML code.
