BelovTech's researcher will explore multilingual NLP, few-shot learning, cross-lingual transfer, and related deep-learning methods, then work with engineers to determine which ideas are strong enough to move from experiments into products.
Academic work is part of the role rather than an afterthought. Publishing findings, reviewing current literature, designing experiments, and mentoring less experienced researchers can all be included alongside implementation.
A PhD in AI/ML is one path into the position, although equivalent research experience in industry may also be relevant. Strong mathematical foundations and deep-learning expertise are expected.
