uFlo.ai wants an engineer who can make autonomous agents behave like dependable production software, not someone focused only on model experiments or prompt prototypes.
Its portfolio shares a common AI foundation across multiple vertical products, so the work spans LLM orchestration, tool-use architecture, retrieval, memory, embeddings, deployment, monitoring, and the operational controls needed to keep autonomous workflows reliable.
A strong fit would have already shipped LLM-based applications used by real customers and be comfortable moving between Python or TypeScript application code, vector databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, debugging, evaluation, and production observability.
The position carries broad technical ownership inside a small senior engineering group. Architecture decisions, implementation, reviews, and the direction of the underlying agent platform are all part of the job.
