RedyHire is looking for the kind of engineer who is comfortable receiving a product problem and carrying it all the way through frontend, backend, AI integration, deployment, and production iteration without waiting for several specialized teams to fill in the gaps.
The company is building AI, data, and automation products for recruiting and hiring. This Founding AI + Full Stack Engineer will work on core product workflows from the early stages, with responsibility stretching from user experience and web interfaces to APIs, AI workflows, cloud environments, and release processes.
Frontend work is based around React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Backend systems can use Node.js or Python, with engineers expected to design scalable services and APIs rather than simply connect pre-existing endpoints.
AI is part of the product-building process as well as the product itself. The position calls for practical experience integrating LLMs, prompt-driven workflows, agents, and modern AI tooling. Agentic frameworks and orchestration systems are useful additions, particularly for features that need to execute multiple steps or interact with external tools.
RedyHire also encourages AI-assisted software development. Cursor, Lovable, copilots, workflow automation tools, and similar systems are used to prototype and ship faster, but the engineer is still accountable for maintainable architecture, usability, performance, testing, and production quality.
Cloud infrastructure and deployment are part of the scope. Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure, Git workflows, CI/CD, environment management, scalability, observability, and performance optimization can all become relevant because the role owns the entire path from idea to a working production feature.
The company emphasizes a builder mindset: high autonomy, minimal supervision, product thinking, customer empathy, rapid iteration, and comfort with ambiguous early-stage problems. There is initially a one-month paid evaluation period working on real product problems, after which successful candidates can join the core team full-time and potentially grow into a lead or founding-engineer position.
The role is based around Bangalore with a hybrid arrangement that includes some remote work.
